Debris removal, scrub & vacuum

We brush & scrub pool walls to prevent algae growth and remove debris from the top, bottom, and around your pool. 

Skimmer & baskets

We check your automatic pool cleaner, empty & clean the bag, empty and clean the skimmer and the filter baskets.

Inspect & check

We check the filter pressure and backwash filter and inspect and adjust equipment for proper operation, alerting you to any potential problems or leaks.

Balance chemicals

We test and adjust the chemicals in your pool for sanitization, pH and alkalinity control.

FILTER CLEANS: $100-$150

The pool filter is crucial for keeping a pool clean and healthy. As well as trapping large particles like dirt, hair, and insects, it also traps and holds fine particles like bacteria and other contaminants. We recommend an annual full service filter clean to make sure everything works properly.

MINOR REPAIRS: $50 /HR

We will diagnose the problem to determine if it is something we can manage or need to contract out to a third party that we work with. If we do the repairs on a day that we service your pool there is a $45 service charge plus the charge of the materials. If it is more than 1 hour for the repair,  there will be a $30 an hour labor charge.

EMERGENCY CALLS & AFTER HOURS: $60 /HR

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 8am - 6pm.

  • Do you recommend weekly or bi-weekly services?

    If you want a pool that is always crystal clean and chemically balanced for safety, weekly service is highly recommended.

  • Why is my pool losing water?

    It is completely normal for your pool to lose inches of water a week due to natural causes such as heat, wind, and humidity. We will check your pool level and top it up to ensure it doesn't get too low which may cause your pool pump to suck air and run dry. If you notice your pool losing water on a regular basis, you can contact us for help.

  • What chemicals do you use?

    We bring chemicals to your service appointment so you don't have to store any onsite. The chemicals we use vary depending on the state/type of each pool and our customer's goals. We use chlorine, in liquid or powder form, depending on your pool’s needs or your preferences. We also use liquid acid, which helps to balance the ph levels. 

  • Do I have to sign a contract for service?

    Yes, we have a standard agreement contract we like our clients to read through and sign. This can be terminated at any point with no cancelation fee.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes, we are licensed and fully insured.

  • What day & time will you show up to service my pool?

    Our business hours are 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday. When your service begins, we will schedule out the day we will come weekly.

  • Will I always have the same person servicing my pool?

    Yes, this is a family-owned and operated business. 

  • What if I have to leave town?

    Please let us know in advance when you will be out of town. We can service your pool while you are out of town, or we can reschedule your service for once you are back. Whichever the customer prefers.

  • What if my pool looks cloudy?

    We will take all the right steps in testing your pool levels to figure out what chemicals are needed, diligently apply needed chemicals, clean your pool and perform any other services needed to get your pool back to crystal clear waters.

  • I'm expecting guests. Can I schedule an extra cleaning?

    Yes, extra cleanings are always available. Please reach out in advance so we can schedule.

  • Does your service include opening and closing up the pool?

    Standard service does not include opening and closing pools. This service would be an extra fee.

  • What, if anything, should I do in-between service appointments?

    In between our weekly services, it is helpful to:

    • empty your skimmer at least once 
    • run your filter
    • empty vacuum bag when needed
  • What if I have a pool emergency?

    Please call us at 512-810-3452 if you have a pool emergency and we will do our best to resolve the situation. Emergency visits are $45.

  • Do you service salt water pools?

    Yes, we are happy to service saltwater pools.

  • Do you service hot-tubs?

    We only service hot-tubs that are connected to swimming pools.

  • Do you service commercial pools?
